By accessing and using TradingPro's platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

TradingPro provides a web-based subscription platform for trading-related software products and services. Our services include algorithmic trading tools, analytics suites, trading bots, and educational content.

3. User Accounts

To access our services, you must:

• Create an account using Google ID or Apple ID authentication
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selection
• Payment must be made via UPI/QR code as specified on the platform
• All payments are subject to admin approval
• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Trading Risks

Important: Trading involves significant risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose. TradingPro does not provide financial advice, and all trading decisions are your own responsibility.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our software
• Share your account credentials with others
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security
• Use bots or automated tools to access the platform (except as provided)

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on TradingPro are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TradingPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
